If you feel that the product(s) you ordered do not match what you received, please call our Customer Service line at 888-913-4100. Replacements will be sent out upon receipt of the products you received that are in question. Please send the products to Gulf Coast Extractions, 6300 S Gessner Rd. # 250, Houston, TX 77063. You have the option of having the products replaced or receiving a full refund after we have received the products at Gulf Coast Extractions.
